52-Year-Old American Woman Found Dead on Royal Princess
The FBI is investigating the mysterious death of a 52-year-old American woman who was found dead on the Royal Princess cruise ship. The woman, who has only been identified as a female guest from the US, was discovered deceased in her cabin on Saturday, January 14, 2023.
According to the FBI, the woman's death is being treated as suspicious. Investigators are currently reviewing surveillance footage and interviewing witnesses to determine what happened.
Meanwhile, the Carnival Valor cruise ship is also under investigation after an unidentified 32-year-old African-American woman fell overboard into the ocean on Thursday, January 12, 2023. A search and rescue operation was launched, but the woman has not yet been found.
The FBI is urging anyone with information about either of these incidents to contact their local FBI office or the nearest American embassy or consulate.
